The Penthouse is available as a common area for all tenants usage but also to be reserved for private usage for events such as Holiday reception, Boardroom Conference Meeting, Lounge Networking Area, and outdoor bar activations. Please contact the Hines Property Office in advance for questions you may have. Your dedicated team member can also be provide with access to reserve for the spaces in advance.
